About

Historic Crafts began as a blog in Jan 2010 on the domain www.historic-crafts.com. The old website has now closed down and the post archive has now moved over here to the new blog.

If you received the newsletter on historic-crafts.com you might still want to follow and see what I am up to over here. You can do this in several ways. You can subscribe to the RSS feed, follow by email or follow with Google friend connect (all at the top of the right sidebar). You can also follow by becoming a member of the Facebook group or on Twitter. So many choices!!

Now why have I gone and made a new version of this blog - you may ask?
Well the Historic Crafts domain was becoming unnecessarily big and chunky and I felt it was slightly taking over my life. This new version is intended to be more light weight with more focus on informing about Historic Crafts. Also I hope that by moving it over to a blogger platform I can encourage more authors/editors to help out.
At the same time I want so develop my personal blog www.roued.com and if you are interested in some of the things I do in terms of crafts and DIY you should keep an eye on that space.

I look forward to meeting you on either blogs.

Take care,
Eddie
